Rip City favourite back on court!

What a story, after an unfortunate forced two year stint on the sideline we are pleased and so proud to have Katherine back in her Rip City jersey and representing the club.

Never too far away from the action all around the club Kat has been working tirelessly with our girls’ representative programs and a driving factor in our Junior coaching team.

Bringing Kat's experience and leadership into our program at this point in the season is a tremendous boost to the squad.

Kat's been training very well and there's no doubt she is ready and raring to go.

It's an exciting day for the club and we can't wait to watch her get to work.

In 2020 Kat played seven games for Rip City with an average of 10.1 points per game and a season high of 21 points Vs Northsides Wizards.

With a tough start to the season so far our Rip City women are on the road chasing their first win.

Rip City are looking forward to the first home game on the 11th June vs Southern District Spartans. The finals will be played in August-September after a 15-round regular season.
